To install the TQ HPR Range Extender on your e-bike, follow these steps:
1. Make sure the installation is carried out by authorized dealers who are qualified and trained to recognize possible dangers during assembly.
2. Use the correct xxxx heads and xxxx lengths recommended by the bicycle manufacturer for attachment.
3. Attach the FIDLOCK® Bike Base to the e-bike frame using the provided screws. Make sure to use the correct screws to avoid damaging the battery inside the e-bike frame.
4. Fasten the FIDLOCK® Force Connector to the Range Extender using the provided cylinder screws. Tighten the screws with the specified torque.
5. Place the Range Extender with the fastened FIDLOCK® Force Connector diagonally onto the FIDLOCK® Bike Base. Ensure that the pin on the Bike Base slides into the corresponding socket in the Force Connector. The magnets will support the attachment, and the Range Extender should lock into place with an audible click.
6. Lock the Range Extender into the FIDLOCK® Bike Base by pushing the locking tab in as far as it will go.
7. Connect the connection cable to the Range Extender by plugging it into the socket and fastening it with the provided socket head xxxx . Make sure not to use a longer xxxx to avoid damaging the electronics.
8. Connect the other end of the connection cable to the charging port of the e-bike. Align the connector properly and secure it with the cover.
