To install the ALZAIN HLY Series Gas Oven, please follow these steps:
1. Ensure that the oven is installed in a well-ventilated area with an exhaust fan to avoid any security threats such as carbon monoxide poisoning. Leave at least a 15 cm gap between the oven and the wall or other objects to allow for proper air circulation.
2. Connect the smoke outlet with a metal tube to discharge the smoke outside. Make sure the exhaust pipe opening is downward to prevent rain or debris from entering.
3. Use the pressure relief valve provided with the oven. Connect the gas hose in the following order: gas cylinder - valve - gas hose - oven. The oven should be located at least 2 meters away from the gas cylinder but not more than 3 meters.
4. Ensure that the gas hose is well-connected and sealed. Perform a leakage test using soapy water to ensure safe working conditions. Do not place any combustible goods near the oven within 3.5 meters.
5. Connect the oven to a socket that fully meets safety standards (220-240V single phase). The xxxx marked "equipotential terminal" is the external equipotential conductor. It should be connected to a safety grounding wire with a plastic copper wire that is bigger or equal to 2.5 mm².
