To assemble the Anko 47146 Switch Scooter, please follow these steps:
1. Slide the handlebar stem over the threaded locking section.
2. Ensure that the arrow on the fork is facing forward and the handlebars sweep backwards.
3. Tighten the bolts evenly and tightly using the hex key provided.
4. Make sure the wheel faces forward when the handlebars are held facing straight.
Note: A bolt that seems fully tightened may require further turning after tightening the others.
Please ensure that all screws and fittings are secure before giving the scooter to a child. Check for any broken components and ensure all locking devices are engaged.
