To change the channel on the CHIAYO SM-6100 IrDA Rechargeable Belt-pack Transmitter, follow these steps:
1. Press the MENU button to go to the CHANNEL｜FREQUENCY page.
2. Press and hold the SET button for 3 seconds. The upper-right channel number will start flashing, indicating that you can make changes.
3. Use the SET / MENU buttons to change the channel number. As you change the channel number, the corresponding frequency will also change.
4. After selecting a channel, it will be automatically saved after 3 seconds.
Note: To synchronize the channel between the transmitter and the receiver, align the infrared areas of both devices within a range of 10~30cm. Press the synchronizing button on the microphone to transmit the frequency to the receiver and synchronize the channels. The microphone's indicator will glow to indicate successful synchronization.
If the synchronization doesn't work, make sure that the IR sensor panels are aligned, facing each other, and that the devices are within the recommended distance of 10~30cm.
