To properly align the Anderson Composites Carbon Fiber Front Chin Spoiler on your 2020-21 Dodge Charger Widebody, follow these steps:
1. Raise the front end of your car using an appropriate jack and jack stands to access the lower bumper area.
2. Use a hex wrench to remove the air duct covers on the bottom of the spoiler.
3. Remove the (2) plastic push-pins in the front lower wheel well on each side of the car.
4. Position the spoiler onto the bumper, aligning the (6) holes near the lip of the spoiler with the corresponding holes on the bumper. It is recommended to use new, OE style fasteners to secure the spoiler to the bumper.
5. Use the spoiler as a guide to drill (9) new holes in the bumper, following the squared areas marked in the installation instructions. Use self-tapping screws to fasten the spoiler to the bumper through these new holes.
6. It is recommended to add automotive double-sided tape to the top of the spoiler where it contacts the bumper. This will provide additional adhesion and stability.
7. Reinstall the air duct covers using the hex wrench.
8. Fasten the (4) plastic push-pins back into the front wheel wells.
By following these steps, you should be able to properly align and install the Anderson Composites Carbon Fiber Front Chin Spoiler on your 2020-21 Dodge Charger Widebody.
