To install the paya CLICK2PAY Window Service on your Sage server, follow these steps:
1. Make sure that the Sage solution AR8003-C2P has been installed and configured on the Sage system.
2. Ensure that your Sage server has .NET Framework 4.8 installed.
3. Log in to the Sage server with the admin login.
4. Create a "C:\TEMP" directory on the Sage server. This directory will be used to store the sync logs generated by the service.
5. Download the C2PSageSync file and unzip it to find an MSI and Setup.exe file.
6. Run the Setup.exe file.
7. When prompted for the installation folder, install the service to the root of the server.
8. Provide the service login information. The username should be in the format "domain\username".
9. Set up the C:\TEMP directory as the destination for the service logs.
10. Complete the installation process.
Note: If you are reinstalling or updating the Windows Service, follow the specific steps mentioned in the manual. Make sure not to manually clear the C:\Click2Pay Sage Sync Service directory.
After the installation, you can set up the Windows Service by following these steps:
1. Click on the Click2PayConfigTool option to access the configuration settings.
2. The tool will read the Sage configurations and load the information into the screens. This may take several minutes.
3. Enter the Sage credentials, including the Company Code, Sage 100 directory structure, Sage 100 login, and password.
4. Enter the Click2Pay settings, including the Click2Pay Link URL, Click2Pay API URL, API User, API Password, Merchant ID, and Platform ID.
5. Select the transactions to be integrated, such as Sales Orders, Invoices, and Quotes.
6. Configure the Payment Types, including enabling C2P for specific types and choosing the card type and bank code.
7. Set up the DocTypes, specifying the order in which the forms will appear in the portal and the sync timer frequency.
8. Save the values entered. All values must be populated for saving.
9. A "SAVE COMPLETE" popup will appear when the saving process is complete. This may take a few minutes.
10. A "Restart Service" popup will appear after saving. Click "YES" to restart the Windows Service.
11. Close the Click2Pay Config Tool.
To verify that the Windows Service is running and set to automatically restart upon system reboot, refer to the manual for specific instructions.
