To install the FRACARRO Cascadable 5 Input Switches with Active and Passive TV Gain, follow these steps:
1. Ensure that the product is installed by a qualified person according to local safety standards and regulations.
2. Install the switch indoors and in a dry location to avoid exposure to dripping or splashing.
3. Handle the product carefully to avoid any impacts that may damage it.
4. Leave enough space around the product to ensure sufficient ventilation.
5. Avoid installing the product above or near any heat sources, in dusty places, or where it might come into contact with corrosive substances.
6. If the unit is fixed to the wall, use proper xxxx anchors suitable for the characteristics of the fixing support. The wall and anchoring system must be able to support at least 4 times the weight of the unit.
7. Secure the appliance to the wall or floor according to the installation instructions and ensure that a cutting device is easily accessible for permanently installed appliances or a power socket is installed close to the appliance for appliances with a power plug.
8. Connect the power supply to the DC port on the bottom left side of the switch. Use only the provided PSU1215TS or PSU1340TS power supply. Using an incorrect voltage (e.g., 18V) will damage the product. The voltage should be within 12V and 14V.
