To empty the water tank of the electriQ CD10L-V5 dehumidifier, follow these steps:
1. Make sure the unit is turned off and unplugged from the power source.
2. Locate the water tank at the front of the dehumidifier.
3. Slowly pull out the tank from the unit.
4. Empty the water from the tank into a suitable drain or sink.
5. Rinse the tank with clean water if necessary.
6. Once the tank is empty and clean, securely reinsert it back into the dehumidifier.
7. Ensure that the tank is properly seated in place before turning on the unit again.
It is important to regularly empty the water tank to ensure the dehumidifier continues to operate effectively. The unit will automatically stop dehumidifying and display the E2 error code on the control panel when the tank is full or incorrectly inserted.
