One Olink Library can be sequenced per NextSeq™ 2000 P2 flow cell and per run. The number of P2 flow cells and runs required to sequence different Olink Explore Reagent Kits is described in Table 1 of the manual. For example, the Olink® Explore 384 Reagent Kit requires one flow cell and one run, while the Olink® Explore 4 x 384 Reagent Kit requires four flow cells and four runs. Please refer to Table 1 in the manual for more information on the sequencing run planning for different Olink Explore Reagent Kits.
