To charge the battery for the SUNJOE 24V-SS12-XR Cordless Snow Shovel, follow these steps:
1. Push the lock buttons on either side of the battery pack to remove it from the snow shovel.
2. Check that the mains voltage matches the rating plate on the battery charger.
3. Plug the charger into an electrical wall outlet. The top right green light on the charger will illuminate and stay green.
4. Slide the battery pack into the charger until it locks into position. The top right green light will turn off, and the top left red light will illuminate, indicating that the battery is charging.
5. Wait for the charger light to turn green, indicating that the battery is fully charged.
6. Remove the battery pack from the charger by pressing the lock buttons and sliding the battery backward to unlock it from the charger.
It is important to note that a fully discharged battery pack with a normal temperature will fully charge in approximately 2 hours and 20 minutes. Make sure to charge the battery pack before using the snow shovel for the first time.
