There could be several reasons why the charger is not working. Please check the following:
1. Make sure your phone supports wireless charging: Ensure that your phone is compatible with wireless charging. Not all phones have built-in wireless charging capabilities.
2. Check if you have used a QC3.0 car charger: To enable fast charging, use a QC3.0 car charger. Using a regular car charger may not provide enough power for wireless charging.
3. Use the original cable to connect the power supply: It is recommended to use the original cable that came with the charger to connect it to the power supply. Using a different cable may affect the charging performance.
4. Check the thickness of the phone case: Ensure that the thickness of your phone case does not exceed 5mm. Thick cases or cases with metal components may interfere with wireless charging.
5. Remove any metal objects or credit cards: Make sure there are no metal materials, magnetic objects, credit cards, or pop holders between your phone and the phone case. These objects can disrupt wireless charging.
