To configure the GHP620/W and GHP621/W hotel phones, follow these steps:
1. Ensure that the phone is powered up and connected to the internet.
2. Locate the MAC address on the bottom of the device or on the package.
3. From a computer connected to the same network as the phone, open a web browser and enter the following address using the phone's MAC address: https://.local (replace with the actual MAC address).
Example: https://c074adffffff.local
Note: You can also dial **47# on the phone, and the current IP address will be announced by the IVR.
4. Enter the admin username and password to access the configuration menu. The default username is "admin," and the default random password can be found on the sticker at the back of the unit.
5. Once logged in, you can configure various settings such as SIP accounts, network settings, Wi-Fi settings (if applicable), and more. Refer to the online documents and FAQ on the Grandstream website for more detailed information.
