To install the LEDone LOC-WP Outdoor LED Wall Pack, follow these steps:
1. Ensure that the power is turned off before installing or maintaining the fixture. No user serviceable parts are inside.
2. All wiring should be performed by a qualified electrician and must comply with the National Electrical Code and applicable local codes and ordinances.
3. Proper grounding is required for personal safety.
4. This fixture is designed for outdoor use and should not be used in areas with limited ventilation or high ambient temperatures.
5. The fixture should be located on the wall at least 18" below any overhang or structural detail and should not be recessed. The lamp must be positioned horizontally.
6. Clean the lens with a non-abrasive glass cleaning solution. Do not open the fixture or touch the LED for cleaning.
7. Separate the mounting bracket from the fixture.
8. Line up the mounting bracket and EVA gasket in the desired location and mount securely. The EVA gaskets will provide a weather-tight seal.
9. Bring the fixture up to the mounting bracket and hook the bottom of the fixture onto the keyhole slot at a 45° angle on the mounting bracket for hands-free wiring.
10. Complete the wiring to the power source and ground.
11. Bring the fixture into an upright position and ensure that the clips on the fixture slide into the keyhole on the mounting bracket.
12. Slide down the fixture, tighten the set xxxx , and ensure that the fixture is securely mounted on the bracket.
If your wall pack comes with a photocell:
1. The photocell is preinstalled. To activate it, remove the plastic cap. If you don't want to use the photocell, keep the plastic cap on.
2. Apply weatherproof silicone sealant to all plugs around the photocell and unused conduit entries.
3. Remove the close-up plug on top of the wall mounting box.
4. Install the photocell and wire it according to the provided diagram.
5. Make sure to use a photocell rated for your supply voltage.
For on-off wiring:
- Connect the BLACK fixture lead to the (+) LINE supply lead.
- Connect the WHITE fixture lead to the (-) COMMON supply lead.
- Connect the GREEN fixture lead to the supply ground.
For 0-10V dimmable wiring:
- Connect the BLACK fixture lead to the (+) LINE supply lead.
- Connect the WHITE fixture lead to the (-) COMMON supply lead.
- Connect the GROUND wire from the fixture to the supply ground. Do not connect the GROUND of the dimming fixture to the output.
- Connect the PURPLE fixture lead to the (V+) DIM lead.
- Connect the GRAY fixture lead to the (V-) DIM lead.
- If the dimmable leads are unused, make sure to properly cap them.
If your model has a wattage adjustable function, refer to the wattage adjustable table switch setting in the manual to select the desired wattage.
