To mount and install the Lumens Mini Video Conference Camera, you will need the following cables and accessories:
1. Cable:
- CAB-AOCU-ML HDMI 2.0 Active Extender Cable: This cable is used to extend the HDMI connection between the camera and your video conferencing system.
- CAB-AOCH-XL USB 3.1 Gen 1 Active Extender Cable: This cable is used to extend the USB connection between the camera and your computer.
- VC-AC06 VISCA Cable Extender: This cable is used to extend the VISCA control connection between the camera and your control system.
2. Wall Mount:
- VC-AC03 USB PTZ Camera Wall Mount: This wall mount is specifically designed for the Lumens Mini Video Conference Camera and allows you to securely mount it on a wall or any other suitable surface.
To mount and install the camera, follow these steps:
1. Determine the ideal location for the camera, ensuring it has a clear view of the participants and the room.
2. Use the VC-AC03 USB PTZ Camera Wall Mount to securely attach the camera to the desired location. Make sure to use appropriate screws and anchors if needed.
3. Connect the CAB-AOCU-ML HDMI 2.0 Active Extender Cable between the camera's HDMI output and the HDMI input of your video conferencing system.
4. Connect the CAB-AOCH-XL USB 3.1 Gen 1 Active Extender Cable between the camera's USB output and the USB input of your computer.
5. If required, use the VC-AC06 VISCA Cable Extender to extend the VISCA control connection between the camera and your control system.
6. Power on the camera and ensure it is recognized by your video conferencing software.
