To properly secure the inflatable, follow these steps:
1. After fully inflating the inflatable, locate all of the tie-down points around the base.
2. Place a stake through the loop of each tie-down point and press the stake about 2/3 of the way into the ground. These stakes help hold the inflatable upright and prevent it from being moved by the wind.
3. For inflatables under 9 feet tall, install at least three upper tie downs. For inflatables over 10 feet tall, you will need to install four or more upper tie downs, depending on the size of the inflatable.
4. Attach each rope to a clip and attach the clip onto the upper fabric or metal loops of the inflatable. If clips are not included, you can tie each rope directly to the loop.
5. Tie the ropes to additional ground stakes and secure the stakes about 2/3 of the way into the ground.
6. The angle of the rope to the ground should be 45 degrees. To achieve this angle, the distance from the inflatable to the stake (SD) should be roughly equal to the height of the loop on the inflatable (LH).
7. To properly secure the inflatable, install the upper tie downs according to the provided graphic. Note that two of the side tie downs must angle forward by at least 30 degrees.
8. Adjust the stakes as needed to ensure that the inflatable is fully upright and positioned correctly.
9. Once the inflatable is correctly positioned and all stakes have been placed, push all of the stakes fully into the ground.
By following these steps, you will properly secure your Pool Warehouse Christmas Time 4ft Inflatable Santa in Outhouse with Lights and prevent it from being affected by wind or other external factors.
