To properly secure the inflatable, follow these steps:
1. Find a flat area of either grass or gravel for your product. Avoid setting up the inflatable on a slope as it may prevent proper inflation and pose a safety hazard. Ensure the area is clear of leaves, loose dirt, and standing water to prevent staining or damaging the inflatable.
2. Carefully remove the inflatable and included items from the box. Set the stakes, ropes, and clips aside for later use.
3. When fully inflated, locate all of the tie-down points around the base of the inflatable. Place a stake through the loop of each tie-down point and press the stake about 2/3 of the way into the ground. These stakes help hold the inflatable upright and prevent it from being moved by the wind.
Note: If your inflatable is taller than 10 feet, it is recommended to have assistance to safely position and secure it.
4. To achieve a proper 45-degree angle, the stake distance (SD) from the inflatable should be roughly equal to the loop height (LH) on the inflatable. For example, if the loop height is 6 feet, the stake should be placed 6 feet away from the inflatable.
5. To properly secure the inflatable, install the upper tie-downs according to the provided graphic. Note that two of the side tie-downs must angle forward by at least 30 degrees. Adjust the stakes as needed to ensure the inflatable is fully upright and positioned correctly. Once the inflatable is correctly positioned and all stakes have been placed, push all of the stakes fully into the ground.
By following these steps, you can securely set up the Pool Warehouse Christmas Time 6ft Santa with Penguin and Snowman with Lights inflatable.
