To set the time and date on your UMF RUHLA Regulateur watch, please follow these instructions:
1. Pull out the crown completely and turn the hands to the 6 o'clock position.
2. Press the crown back to the middle position.
3. Set the date and, if available, the day to the previous day/date.
4. Pull the crown out completely again and adjust the actual day/date and time by turning the crown clockwise.
5. Once the correct time and date are set, press the crown back in.
