To install the EATON CH 3-4 Standard Circuit Breaker and GBK14 Ground Bar Kit in a CH loadcenter, please follow the steps below:
1. Ensure that the power to the loadcenter is turned off before starting the installation.
2. Mount the CH 3/4 Standard Circuit Breaker in the loadcenter by aligning the mounting holes of the breaker with the corresponding slots in the loadcenter's bus bars. Insert the breaker into the slots and firmly press it in until it snaps into place.
3. Connect the wires to the terminals of the circuit breaker. Refer to the wiring diagram provided in the loadcenter's manual for proper wire connections. Make sure to use appropriate wire connectors and follow all local electrical codes and regulations.
4. Install the GBK14 Ground Bar Kit by positioning it in the loadcenter. The GBK14 has 14 terminals for connecting grounding wires. Ensure that the GBK14 is aligned with the mounting holes in the loadcenter.
5. Secure the GBK14 to the loadcenter by using the provided screws. Insert the screws through the mounting holes of the GBK14 and tighten them into the loadcenter's chassis.
6. Connect the grounding wires to the terminals of the GBK14. Follow the loadcenter's manual or the wiring diagram provided with the GBK14 for proper grounding wire connections.
7. Double-check all connections to ensure they are secure and properly tightened.
8. Once the installation is complete, restore power to the loadcenter and test the circuit breaker to ensure it is functioning correctly.
