To connect the Lumary B1 Smart Wi-Fi LED Downlight to your Wi-Fi network, you can follow the steps below:
1. Make sure your mobile device is running iOS 13.3 or higher for iPhone or Android 9.0 or higher for Android devices.
2. Ensure that you are connecting to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. The Lumary B1 cannot connect to 5GHz networks.
3. Download and open the Lumary App on your mobile device. Register a Lumary account using your mobile phone number or email address.
4. In the Lumary App, click on the "+" button in the top corner of the Devices screen.
5. Choose "Light Source(BLE+Wi-Fi)" and select the upper right corner "EZ Mode" for Easy Mode connection.
6. Make sure the LED Downlight is rapidly flashing white. If not, reset the device by pressing the switch 5 times (turn on-off-on-off-on).
7. Press "Next" in the App and enter your Wi-Fi network and password.
8. The Lumary App will connect to your devices. Please note that the Lumary B1 can only connect to 2.4GHz Wi-Fi networks.
If the connection fails, you can try connecting using AP Mode. Here are the steps:
1. Open the Lumary App and click on the "+" button in the top corner of the Devices screen.
2. Choose "Light Source(BLE+Wi-Fi)" and select the upper right corner "AP Mode" for Backup Mode connection.
3. Make sure the LED Downlight is slowly flashing white. If not, reset the device by pressing the switch (turn on-off-on-off-on till light flashing quickly, then turn on-off-on-off-on till light flashing slowly).
4. Press "Next" and enter your Wi-Fi details.
5. Follow the instructions in the App to choose the device from your Wi-Fi list.
6. The Lumary App will connect to your devices. Remember that the Lumary B1 can only connect to 2.4GHz Wi-Fi networks.
