To install the EVOLUTION POWERSPORTS Code Shooter with AFR, Belt Temp, & Boost for RZR Turbo/S, follow these steps:
1. Start by removing both passenger and driver captain's chairs.
2. Remove the rear firewall access panel to the turbo.
3. Remove the center console by removing (4) push darts and (3) T-40 Torx bolts. Push the shifter and seat belt rubber boots down into the center console. They will stay with the vehicle.
4. On the front of the vehicle, remove the hood and locate the diagnostic port. The diagnostic port will be an 8-pin port with a purple internal clip. On the firewall, you will see (2) rubber grommets, pop the smaller grommet out on the left.
5. Locate the glove box and drill a 1 1/4" hole towards the left rear of the glove box.
6. Feed the supplied Polaris male end of the diagnostic triple Indy wiring harness from the glove box through the front firewall and rubber grommet. Plug it into the vehicle diagnostic port. The triple Indy part of the plug will stay in the glove box.
7. Install the supplied 02 sensor into the auxiliary 02 sensor bung on the exhaust using a 19mm wrench and anti-seize on the threads.
8. Route the supplied AFR wiring harness away from any heat source, rotating parts, and potential snags. Run it through the rear firewall, underneath the center console supports, next to the shifter, and through the front firewall following the coolant lines. Run it up the front firewall, through the rubber grommet where the diagnostic port is, and down into the glove box. Secure the wiring harness with zip ties.
9. Plug the AFR wiring harness into the AFR module in the glove box. From the AFR module, plug in the grey adapter to the triple Indy harness. Mount the AFR module on the side of the glove box using the provided Velcro.
10. If you also purchased the Belt Temperature module, follow the additional steps provided in the manual to mount the sensor and route the wiring harness.
11. Reassemble the car by reattaching the center console, turbo access panel, seats, and clutch cover. Secure any excess wires with zip ties and reassemble the front hood.
