To install the EUROCHILL MG30TC Medical Mobile Cooler, follow these steps:
1. Determine the power source: The cooler can be powered with a 12V DC power supply or a 220V AC 50/60Hz power supply.
2. For DC use: If using a battery-powered motor vehicle, connect the cooler to the 12V DC power supply.
3. For AC use: If using a standard electrical outlet, connect the cooler to the 220V AC power supply. Make sure the socket has an efficient earth connection and adequate capacity.
4. Check the voltage: Ensure that the local grid voltage is within the appropriate range. If the voltage is too high or too low, the compressor may not work and the equipment may be damaged.
5. Use the appropriate cables: Use the original cables supplied by the manufacturer. If installing multiple coolers on the same vehicle, consult the manufacturer for the correct current inputs and power cable sections.
6. Ensure proper ventilation: Leave a free space of at least 20cm around the ventilation grilles to prevent overheating. Do not cover the grilles.
7. Activate the cooler: Push the main switch (O/I) to the "I" position to turn on the cooler. The temperature regulation device is pre-programmed at a set-point value.
Please refer to the user manual for more detailed instructions and safety precautions during installation.
