To install the TimeTrax™ Time & Attendance software for the PYRAMID PSDLAUBKK Automated Swipe Card Time Clock System, please follow these steps:
1. Open your web browser and type in the following URL: pyramidtimesystems.com/V5
2. Scroll down to the "DESCRIPTION" tab and follow the instructions provided on the website to download the software.
3. Once the software is downloaded, locate the installation file and run it.
4. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the installation process.
5. After the installation is complete, launch the TimeTrax™ software.
6. Use the default login information to log in to the software. The login ID is "ADMIN" and the password is "PTI".
7. Once logged in, navigate to the CLOCK/HARDWARE MANAGER section within the software.
8. Make sure your time clock terminal is showing as "ONLINE" under the STATUS column. If it is showing as "OFFLINE", please check your connections.
9. To claim your clock and allow for automatic punch downloads, put a checkmark in the ACTIVE box next to your clock.
10. If you have followed all the steps correctly, your PYRAMID PSDLAUBKK Automated Swipe Card Time Clock System should now be connected to the TimeTrax™ software and ready for use.
