To charge the Denver BFH-153 Automatic Activity Bracelet, follow these steps:
1. Pull the host out from the wristband.
2. Insert one side of the charging line into the corresponding interface of the host.
3. Connect the other side of the charging line to the corresponding USB interface.
4. The band will start charging once connected.
Please note that it is important to ensure the battery level is normal before the first use. If the battery level is low, the band may shut down and you will need to charge it to enable automatic power-on.
