To pair the TX-100-NC transmitter with the XRE-100 receiver, follow these steps:
1. Make sure both the TX-100-NC and XRE-100 are powered on and within range of each other.
2. Set the Mode Dipswitch 1 to the ON position on both the TX-100-NC and XRE-100.
3. Press the transmit button on the TX-100-NC. The TX-100-NC will send a radio test packet, indicated by the red transmit LED illuminating.
4. If the paired XRE-100 receiver is online and within range, it will acknowledge the radio test packet by sending a radio test packet back, indicated by a momentary illumination of the green receive LED on the TX-100-NC.
5. If the pairing is successful, the XRE-100 receiver will flash the yellow status LED three times, and the TX-100-NC transmitter will flash the green LED three times.
Note: If the transmit and receive LED lights do not activate, try power cycling the XRE unit and ensuring that it has at least 1 amp of power dedicated to itself. Also, make sure the potentiometer on the TX-100-NC board is turned to full power (all the way to the left) for maximum range.
