To install the Ottobock 4R72=D Long 30mm Connection Adapter, please follow the instructions provided in the manual:

1. Prepare the product for use:
   - Clean the threads of the  xxxx  connections before installation.
   - Apply the specified torque values when tightening the screws.
   - Follow the instructions regarding the length of the screws and how to secure them.

2. Adjust the adapter:
   - Do not clamp the tube into a vice.
   - Use a tube cutter or a cutting device to shorten the tube to the required length.
   - Deburr the inside and outside of the cut edge with a tube deburrer.

3. Mount the adapter on the tube clamp adapter:
   - Connect the connection adapter to the tube clamp adapter according to the instructions for use of the tube clamp adapter.

4. Connect the pyramid adapter and pyramid receiver:
   - The pyramid adapter is fixed with the set screws of the pyramid receiver.
   - Use a torque wrench to tighten the set screws to 10 Nm during fitting.
   - For definitive assembly, secure the set screws with Loctite. Pre-tighten the set screws with the torque wrench to 10 Nm and then tighten them to 15 Nm.
   - Replace any set screws that are protruding or recessed too much with appropriate set screws.
