To connect the Sealey SA607.V2 SQ Drive Air Ratchet Wrench to the air supply, please follow these steps:
1. Ensure that the air supply is clean and does not exceed 90 psi while operating the wrench. Unclean air and excessive air pressure can shorten the product's life and may be dangerous.
2. Use the recommended hook-up procedure shown in Figure 1 of the manual. Make sure the wrench's air valve or trigger is in the "off" position before connecting it to the air supply.
3. You will need an air pressure of 90 psi and an air flow according to the specification.
4. Drain the air tank daily to prevent water from damaging the wrench.
5. Clean the air inlet filter weekly.
6. If you are using unusually long air hoses (over 8 meters), increase the line pressure to compensate. The minimum hose diameter should be 1/4" I.D., and the fittings must have the same inside dimensions.
7. Keep the air hose away from heat, oil, and sharp edges. Check the hose for wear and ensure all connections are secure.
Following these steps will ensure a proper connection between the Sealey SA607.V2 SQ Drive Air Ratchet Wrench and the air supply.
