To connect the Sealey SA4.V2 SQ Drive Air Impact Wrench to the air supply, please follow these steps:
1. Ensure that the air valve or trigger of the wrench is in the "off" position before connecting to the air supply.
2. You will need an air pressure of 90psi and an air flow according to the specifications mentioned in the manual.
3. Make sure that the air supply is clean and does not exceed 90 psi while operating the wrench. High air pressure and unclean air can cause damage and personal injury.
4. Drain the air tank daily to prevent water from damaging the wrench.
5. Clean the air inlet filter weekly.
6. If you are using unusually long air hoses (over 8 meters), increase the line pressure to compensate. The minimum hose diameter should be 1/4" I.D., and the fittings must have the same inside dimensions.
7. Keep the air hose away from heat, oil, and sharp edges. Check the hose for wear and ensure that all connections are secure.
Please refer to the manual for a visual representation of the recommended hook-up procedure (fig.1). It is important to follow these instructions to ensure safe and proper operation of the wrench.
