To connect the DEFA DSRC50 Workshop Charger to your battery, follow these steps:
1. Read the user guide carefully and contact DEFA or a qualified person if you are unsure about how to safely use the charger.
2. Connect the red clamp to the positive (+) terminal of the battery and the black clamp to the negative (-) terminal of the battery. Make sure to follow the connection point recommended by the vehicle manufacturer.
3. Connect the DC charging cable to the charger.
4. Connect the AC mains cable to the charger.
5. Push the power button once to start the charger. The charger will start and initialize the pre-analyze process.
6. To turn off the charger, push the power button again.
Note: It is important to always follow the battery manufacturer's recommendations regarding charging voltage and to ensure that the charging cables are not shortened or made longer to ensure correct charging voltages are applied.
