To install the Hama 118124 TV Wall Bracket, follow these steps:
1. Ensure that you have all the required tools and the complete installation kit before starting the installation process.
2. Before mounting the bracket, make sure to read the operating instructions for your specific TV model to determine the suitable fastening materials and measurements.
3. It is recommended to have a second person assist you during the installation process.
4. Check that the wall on which you plan to mount the bracket is suitable for the weight of your TV and ensure that there are no electrical wires, water, gas, or other lines located at the installation location.
5. Use the provided drilling template to mark the positions for drilling holes on the wall.
6. Drill the holes according to the marked positions and insert the provided wall plugs into the holes.
7. Attach the TV support arms to the TV wall bracket using the screws provided in the installation kit.
8. Place the TV wall bracket onto the wall, aligning the holes in the bracket with the wall plugs.
9. Secure the bracket to the wall by tightening the screws provided in the installation kit.
10. Adjust the hinges on the bracket so that the TV can be moved side-to-side.
11. Use the included spirit level to check if the TV is level. If necessary, adjust the television plate using the provided spacer to even out any unevenness on the back of the TV.
12. Once the TV is mounted, check that the bracket and the attached load are secure and safe to use. Repeat this check at regular intervals, at least every three months.
