To change the mode of the VIOTEL Version 1.0 4-Channel Vibrating Wire Node, follow these steps:
1. Ensure that the device is turned on.
2. Take the magnet (Part 7) and hover it over the indicated key location on the device.
3. Tap the magnet once.
The device will change its mode based on the number of taps and the timing of the taps. Here are the different modes and their descriptions:
- Current Status: Tap once while in the Off mode to light up the LED indicating the current status of the system.
- Diagnostic: Tap once while in the On mode to initiate a diagnostic process. The device will quickly record 10 data entries and upload them. After logging the data, the device will return to its standard operation automatically.
- Upload and Change Status: Tap the magnet once, and then tap it again within 3 seconds to initiate the upload and update sequence. This process should take a few seconds to complete, and the device will then automatically set itself to a new status.
