To adjust the temperature on the AVANTCO 177HWD15G Hot Water Dispenser, follow these steps:
1. Turn the 'OFF/ON' toggle switch to off, unplug the dispenser, and allow it to cool before servicing.
2. Remove the rear cover of the dispenser.
3. Locate the thermostat and find the thermostat adjustment xxxx . It is important not to adjust the xxxx more than 1/8 of a turn at a time.
4. Turn the xxxx clockwise to increase the temperature or counterclockwise to reduce the temperature.
5. Replace the rear cover, connect the power supply cord, and turn the 'OFF/ON' toggle switch ON.
6. Allow the dispenser to reach full temperature before checking the water temperature. Measure the temperature directly under the faucet to ensure it is within the desired range.
7. If the water temperature is still not within the proper range, repeat the adjustment steps until the desired temperature is reached.
Note: These temperature adjustments should only be performed during installation. Operators should refer to the operating instructions for regular use.
