To install the Lucci fresco 230886 Southampton DIY Under Eave Light Fitting, please follow these steps:
1. Switch OFF power to the lamp batten holder that this DIY light fitting will be installed on.
2. Remove all packaging material from the product.
3. Remove the globe from the batten holder.
4. Remove the lamp batten holder skirt.
5. Place the Frame/Body over the batten holder.
6. Use the batten holder skirt as the securing mechanism to hold the Frame/Body in place. Ensure the batten holder skirt is secure and that it has taken up at least 2-3 threads while securing the Frame/Body of the light fitting.
7. Replace the globe (not included).
8. Turn ON the power to the lamp batten holder, and then switch ON the globe.
9. The installation is now complete. Return power to the lamp batten holder.
Please refer to the installation diagram provided in the manual for a visual representation of the installation process.
Note: Ensure that power to the circuit you are working on has been switched OFF before starting the installation. Also, remember to follow all safety tips mentioned in the manual, such as ensuring the power is OFF and the fitting has cooled down before performing any maintenance or cleaning, and not touching the globe with bare hands.
