To assemble the Merrithew Halo Trainer Plus with Stability Ball, follow these steps:

1. Place all parts from the box in a cleared area and position them on the floor in front of you.
2. Remove all packing materials from the area and place them back into the box.
3. Read the assembly instructions carefully before beginning.
4. For the standard position assembly to fit a 55 cm / 22" Stability Ball:
   a. Place the long bar assemblies down with the convex sides facing outward, creating a circular shape on the floor.
   b. Depress both spring buttons on one end of a long bar and slide the connector at the end of the short handle over the bar until the finger tabs click into the spring buttons.
   c. Repeat with the other end of the short handle, sliding the connector over one end of the other long bar, and then with the opposite short handle.
   d. When fully assembled and resting on the long bars, the Halo Trainer Plus should form a circle on the floor and sit stably.
   e. If using the Halo Trainer Plus with a 55 cm / 22" Stability Ball, firmly mount the Halo Trainer Plus to the Stability Ball so that the long bars conform snugly to the Ball approximately one-third (1/3) from the top.
5. For the reverse position assembly (not to be used with a Stability Ball):
   a. From the standard position (long handles out), locate and depress the finger tab on one Halo frame connector to separate one long bar. Repeat on the other Halo frame connector and remove the long bar completely.
   b. On the remaining assembly, grasp the long bar, depress the finger tab on the Halo frame connector, and spin the short handle 180°. Repeat on the other side.
   c. Lay the Halo on its side and partially insert the long bar into the two connectors. The Halo Trainer Plus and Merrithew logos will now be facing each other. Apply firm pressure to fully insert the long bar and test that all connectors are locked by gently pulling on each side.
6. Inflate the Stability Ball according to the instructions provided in the manual.
7. After assembly, conduct a safety check and ensure that all parts are securely fastened.
