To install and connect the mXion LSS-RhB light signal, please follow the instructions provided in the manual. Here is a step-by-step guide:
1. Read the manual: Before installing and operating the device, it is important to thoroughly read the manual and warning notes.
2. Check firmware: Ensure that your device is programmed with the latest firmware to access all available functions.
3. Scope of supply: Make sure you have received the manual and the mXion LSS-RhB light signal.
4. Hook-Up: Install the device according to the connecting diagrams in the manual. Take note that the device is protected against shorts and excessive loads. However, if there is a connection error such as a short circuit, the safety feature may not work and the device could be damaged.
5. Connectors: The device has a typical switch signal suitable for RhB (swiss train company). It can be used digitally or analogically. Simply connect the two cables to the track or a DC voltage source like EPL®. To ensure weatherproofing, cover the PCB with "Plastik70".
