To assemble the SEALEY IR14 Infrared Cabinet Heater, follow these steps:
1. Attach the wheel sub-assemblies to the base of the heater using the bolts provided. Make sure the lockable wheels are positioned at the rear of the heater.
2. Attach the handle to the top of the heater using the bolts provided. Ensure that the shaped spacers are fitted between the heater and the handle as shown in the manual.
3. Remove the front grille by unscrewing the retaining screws.
4. Take the lamps out of the shipping carton. Be careful not to touch the lamp glass directly with your fingers. Only touch the ceramic ends or use a soft cloth to prevent damage to the elements.
5. Carefully insert each lamp into the two push-in side fittings with gentle pressure. Make sure the lamps are properly located.
6. Reassemble the front grille by screwing the retaining screws back in place.
Once the assembly is complete, you can proceed with operating the heater according to the instructions provided in the manual.
