To install and connect the mxion MAD Micron Dynamics decoder, please follow the instructions provided in the manual. Here is a step-by-step guide:
1. Read the manual thoroughly before installation and operation to ensure proper usage and avoid any damage.
2. Make sure to set the outputs to appropriate values before connecting any other devices to prevent damage.
3. Install the device according to the connecting diagrams provided in the manual. Ensure that there are no short circuits caused by mounting screws or metal.
4. Connect the DCC/MM switch for operation and programming. Use the programming switch to change the direction for starting programming and sending the desired address. Switch back to the normal state after programming.
5. The mxion MAD decoder is compatible with DCC NMRA digital operation and Märklin-Motorola digital operation. It has a very small outlet and offers 6 reinforced function outputs and 3 switch outputs (double coil switches) that are invertible.
6. The decoder supports automatic switch back functions and dimmable switch outputs. It also has a reset function for all CV values and easy function mapping.
7. Programming can be done via the programming switch with multiple programming options such as bitwise, CV, POM accessories decoder, and register. The decoder does not require a programming load.
8. The reach of the wireless function depends on the house WLan.
