To choose the correct crossbar and radius block for your tubing size, follow these steps:
1. Identify the outside diameter (O.D.) of your tubing.
2. Refer to the "Forming Radius Block Bending Radius" table in the instruction manual.
3. Find the O.D. of your tubing in the table.
4. The corresponding bending radius measurement in millimeters (mm) is listed next to the O.D.
5. Choose the crossbar that corresponds to your tubing size and install it in the mainframe slot.
6. Select the radius block with the matching bending radius measurement and assemble it to the toothed ratchet.
Remember to always use soft copper tubing with this bender and ensure that only personnel knowledgeable in the use of tube benders operate the tool.
