To install the EG4 Brightmount Fixed Angle Ground Mount System, follow these steps:
1. Install leg group:
- Using an M8'80 bolt, M8 washers, and M8 nut, install the U45 connector as shown in the diagram.
2. Install mounting bracket:
- Connect the legs to the mounting bracket using M8'65 bolts, M8 washers, and M8 nuts, as shown in the diagram.
3. Install 'L' foot:
- Use an M8'65 bolt, M8 washers, and M8 nut to install the 'L' foot.
4. Connect the mounting bracket to the concrete anchor:
- Use expansion screws for mounting. Follow the instructions and images provided in the manual.
5. Rail installation:
- Follow the images provided in the manual for rail installation.
6. Connect the frames together:
- Use junction brackets and M8 Allen bolts to connect the frames together.
7. Complete the construction:
- Once all the components are installed and connected, the construction of the EG4 Brightmount Fixed Angle Ground Mount System is complete.
PV Attachment:
1. Install PV modules:
- Use the End & Mid clamps to install the PV modules securely.
2. Install earth lug:
- Install the earth lug on the end of the rails to ensure proper grounding.
