To install the nJoy CA0712GX-AZ Battery Cabinet for Balder, please follow these steps:
1. Rack-mount installation:
- First, fix the holders of the rack on the battery pack.
- Then, fix the battery pack on the rack through the holders.
2. Tower installation:
- Follow the provided instructions for tower installation.
3. Connecting with UPS:
- Refer to the installation chart in the manual to connect the battery pack with the Balder 1000/1500 UPS using the included cable.
4. Battery installation:
- Ensure that the battery pack is disconnected from the UPS before proceeding.
- Take the following precautions when working with batteries:
- Remove watches, rings, or other metal objects.
- Use tools with insulated handles.
- Wear rubber gloves and boots.
- Do not lay tools or metal parts on top of batteries to avoid short circuits.
- Disconnect the charging source before connecting or disconnecting battery terminals.
- Do not plug or unplug the battery connector if the UPS works in DC (discharging) mode.
- Follow the step-by-step instructions provided in the manual, including removing covers, inserting batteries, connecting battery cables, and reassembling the covers.
