To install the KSR LIGHTING KSRSF336 Multi Wattage Triple CCT Bulkhead, it is recommended to hire a qualified electrician who can ensure the installation complies with current IEE wiring regulations and local building control. The luminaires are designed for connection to a 240V~50Hz supply. Before installation, make sure to isolate the mains supply. Follow these steps:
1. Unscrew and remove the diffuser, retaining the four screws.
2. Loosen the single LED tray xxxx and lift the hinged tray to access the wiring terminals.
3. Pass the intended supply wires through the grommet.
4. Ensure the fixing surface is flat and even.
5. Fix the base to the wall, ceiling, or besa box using adequate fixings suitable for the surface.
6. Protect the incoming cables.
7. Terminate the wiring as per the provided diagram, noting that an Earth terminal is only supplied to aid the continuation of the Earth circuit.
8. Connect the battery in the battery compartment.
9. Select the desired LED color and wattage using the switches on the LED driver (Note: Never change the LED color or wattage with the luminaire powered on).
10. Set the Lux level for the photocell via the adjuster (anti-clockwise = lowest, clockwise = highest).
11. Test the photocell by covering it when the luminaire is powered on in daylight and wait for the luminaire to light up.
12. Re-secure the LED tray.
13. Ensure the seal is in place and undamaged in the diffuser.
14. Replace the diffuser and secure it using the four retained screws.
15. Turn on the mains supply and test the luminaire. If using an optional rim, clip it over the fitting.
Please note that this is a general installation guide, and it is essential to refer to the specific instructions provided in the product manual for accurate installation.
