To connect the mXion VKW Switch Decoder, please follow the connecting diagrams provided in the manual. It is important to ensure that there are no connection errors, such as shorts or excessive loads, as this can damage the device. The switch loads should be connected between A1-A8 and the common + pole. If you are using 3-wire switches, the common + pole should be used as the center line. Please note that 3-pole LGB drives should not be used. Additionally, in switch mode (CV29 Bit 7 = 1), DEC+ can be used as the common pole for lanterns. For more detailed instructions and diagrams, please refer to the manual.
