Cleaning the TESLA QS500 AirCook and Steam Multifunctional Steam and Hot Air Fryer is important to maintain its performance and hygiene. Here are the steps to clean the appliance:
1. Allow the appliance to cool completely before cleaning.
2. Clean the base of the appliance with a damp cloth and detergent.
3. Rinse the water reservoir using a detergent and warm water and leave it to dry with the lid open.
4. Removable parts that come into contact with food can be washed in the dishwasher, but it is recommended to hand wash them for longer protection of the non-stick surface. Wash these parts under warm running water with the addition of neutral kitchen detergent. Then rinse them with clean water and wipe them dry thoroughly.
5. Do not use sharp or metal objects or any abrasive cleaning materials to preserve the non-stick coating of the inner food basket for as long as possible.
6. Never immerse the appliance in water or any other liquid.
