To install the Steinbach 012141 Nuovo de Luxe II Steel Wall Pool Set, follow these steps:
1. Select a suitable site: Choose a flat, level, firm, and dry ground with easy access to all sides of the pool. The site should be exposed to direct sunlight, have safe access to electricity, and be protected from wind.
2. Level the area: Use a carpenter's level and straight edge to ensure that the site is completely level, flat, and firm. Remove high spots and do not fill low spots.
3. Mount the pool bottom rails: Connect the bottom rails together with rail connectors, leaving about a 1.5 cm gap between the ends of the rails. Place the bottom metal pieces under the rails at the joints.
4. Fix the pool wall: Put the steel wall in a vertical position, ensuring that the square window for the skimmer is at the top. Insert the steel wall into the bottom rail, uncoil it, and connect both ends of the pool wall together using bolts, washers, and nuts. Attach adhesive tape to the bolts to protect the pool liner.
5. Fit the PVC pool liner: Place the liner at the center of the pool site inside the pool wall. Drape the liner over the pool wall, leaving an overlap of 8 cm. Hold the overlap in place with clips. Fold the remaining liner material evenly along the perimeter.
6. Assemble the top rails: Slide rail connectors into one end of a top rail and connect another top rail. Keep a 1.5 cm gap between the top rails. Do not cut the excess overlap off the pool liner wall.
7. Install the top metal pieces and top platforms: Hook the top metal pieces over the top of the rails and place the top platforms on top of the metal pieces. Line up the xxxx holes and lightly fasten with bolts. Repeat for all top metal pieces and platforms.
8. Fix the bottom joint protector and install the vertical supports: Fix the bottom joint protector to the vertical supports using screws. Place the vertical supports over the joint of the steel wall and fix them onto the metal pieces.
9. Install the upper joint protectors: Hook the upper joint protectors over the inside edge of the top rail and pull them down to fasten them on the outside edge.
10. Fill the pool: Fill the pool with water, ensuring that it reaches half way into the skimmer box opening. Do not permanently install the skimmer or inlet connector kit until the water is within a few centimeters of them.
11. Install the inlet connector kit and skimmer: Cut the liner to accommodate the inlet connector kit and xxxx it to the pool wall. Assemble the skimmer according to the instructions provided.
12. Perform pool maintenance: Regularly clean the pool, maintain the pH level, check and replace the filter cartridge, and ensure all metal parts are in good condition. Cover the pool when not in use.
