To pair the aranet transmitter with the base station, you can follow either Option 1 or Option 2 as described in the user guide.
Option 1: Pairing with batteries (recommended)
1. Ensure you have the transmitter and 1x AA battery ready.
2. Unscrew and remove the transmitter's lid.
3. Open the Sensorhub application on your computer (make sure you have the latest firmware upgrade).
4. In the "SENSORS" section, choose your preferred measurement interval.
5. Click the "PAIR SENSOR" button on the computer screen.
6. Immediately insert the batteries into the transmitter or insert the batteries and click the "PAIRING" button on the transmitter's left corner.
7. The sensor will be paired and appear in the "SENSORS" category.
8. Complete your sensor setup and xxxx the lid back onto the transmitter.
Option 2: Pairing with mains power, without batteries
1. Connect the power cable to the transmitter.
2. Unscrew and remove the transmitter's lid.
3. Connect the transmitter to the power mains.
4. Open the Sensorhub application on your computer (make sure you have the latest firmware upgrade).
5. In the "SENSORS" section, choose your preferred measurement interval.
6. Click the "PAIR SENSOR" button on the computer screen.
7. Click the "PAIRING" button on the transmitter's left corner.
8. The sensor will be paired and appear in the "SENSORS" category.
9. Complete your sensor setup and xxxx the lid back onto the transmitter.
