To adjust the fan speed on the FISHER PAYKEL ES-30_UB Wall Range Hood, use the slider control located on the hood. The slider control allows you to precisely adjust the fan speed up or down according to your cooking needs. Simply slide the control to the desired fan speed setting. There are four fan speeds available, allowing you to select the perfect extraction rate for your cooking.
