To clean the vizulo MILZO Number 2 with Rod suspension, follow the instructions provided in the manual. Here is a step-by-step guide:
1. Switch off the power supply before cleaning.
2. For the luminaire body, use a soft brush to vacuum any dust. If necessary, you can use a neutral dishwashing detergent with lukewarm water or a cleaning detergent without grinding effects. Wipe the surface with a slightly damp cleaning cloth or let it self-dry in room temperature.
3. For the reactor and diffuser cover, use a soft duster or cleaning cloth without microbes to remove loose dirt. If there is light soiling, you can dilute a citric acid-based cleaning product with water and gently clean the surface. For heavy soiling, a mixture of alcohol and water (1:1) can be used to remove oil and grease. Wipe away any residues with a water-soaked cotton cloth. Stubborn stains can be soaked in diluted citrus cleaner. Dry the surfaces by blowing off with compressed air or using a lint-free, clean cotton cloth.
4. For plastic covers and caps, vacuum with a soft brush or compressed air. For heavy soiling, use a cleaning detergent without grinding effects in warm water (maximum 55 degrees Celsius). Wash with a soft, clean cloth without microbes in plenty of water. Rinse with lukewarm water and let it self-dry or wipe with a slightly damp cleaning cloth without microbes.
5. Avoid touching or wetting the LED modules during the cleaning process.
6. Close the luminaire tightly after cleaning.
7. Perform a function test to ensure everything is working properly.
Please note that it is important to disconnect the luminaire from the electrical grid before opening or repairing it. Only use authorized spare parts and accessories for repairs, and follow national regulations and legislations applicable to the maintenance and testing of electrical or electronic appliances.
