To prepare the implant bed for the Anthogyr Axiom Bone Level X3 implant, follow these steps:
1. Mark the site with a pointer drill or a round bur.
2. Use a progressive sequence of drilling diameters to prepare the site, taking into account the implant diameter and bone density. Make sure not to exceed the planned drilling depth.
3. Avoid overheating the bone by using irrigation and controlling the torque when drilling and tightening the implant.
4. When using a contra-angle, adjust the output speed to 15 rpm and xxxx the implant into the channel to the desired depth. Orient the implant trilobe in the appropriate direction for the desired prosthetic restoration.
5. When using a ratchet wrench, manually pre-tighten the implant into the implant channel using the implant wrench or implant manual xxxx wrench. Then, xxxx the implant into the channel to the desired depth and orient the implant trilobe in the appropriate direction.
6. Alternatively, you can use the universal surgical instrument to control and guide the insertion of the implant along the implant axis in the anterior maxillary area.
7. After inserting the implant, select the appropriate healing component for treatment and proceed with soft tissue treatment and wound closure.
