Cleaning the FISHER PAYKEL OR90SCI6B1 Self Cleaning Freestanding Cooker is easy. The cooker features a high-temperature self-cleaning function that breaks down food residue for an easy clean. To use the self-cleaning function, follow these steps:
1. Remove all racks and accessories from the oven.
2. Close the oven door and ensure it is securely locked.
3. Select the self-clean function on the oven control panel.
4. The oven will heat up to a very high temperature to burn off any food residue. This process may take a few hours.
5. Once the self-clean cycle is complete, allow the oven to cool down before opening the door.
6. After the oven has cooled, wipe away any remaining ash with a damp cloth.
