To clean the Eldom GK130 Contact Grill, follow these steps:
1. Disconnect the appliance from the mains and allow it to cool down before cleaning.
2. Do not immerse any part of the appliance in water or other liquids.
3. Start by wiping the cooking plates with paper towels to remove any grease.
4. Then, clean the appliance and the cord gently with a wet cloth. Do not use cleaning agents or solvents.
5. If there is residue that is difficult to remove, avoid using sharp tools as they can damage the coating on the plates. Instead, cover the residue with a wet cloth to dissolve it.
6. Regularly clean and empty the fat container (tray). It can be taken out and washed in warm water with some washing liquid.
