To adjust the cutting depth on the BATAVIA BT-CMS001 Cordless Sliding Mitre Saw, follow these steps:
1. Set the sliding lock xxxx (located at the front of the saw) to the forward position.
2. Loosen the locking nut on the depth of cut adjustment xxxx (located near the front of the saw).
3. Gently lower the saw head to the desired cutting depth.
4. Adjust the depth of cut by turning the depth of cut adjustment xxxx up or down.
5. Once the desired depth of cut is achieved, re-tighten the locking nut on the depth of cut adjustment xxxx .
